In 2003 Larry returned to his family’s roots in the Pacific Northwest where he expanded his practice to include family law. Since then he has helped guide clients through most areas of family law, including divorce, legal separation, child support, custody issues, parenting plans, modifications, and adoption. He is certified as a Title 26 Guardian Ad Litem and is qualified to represent the best interests of children in custody cases.

Prior to practicing law, Larry spent a summer living with a Guatemalan family and studying Spanish in Quetzaltenango. He also lived in Madrid, Spain for a year, and later traveled throughout seven South American countries teaching English. He speaks fluent Spanish and has enjoyed serving Spanish-speaking clients his entire career.

Larry began his professional career with the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois as Intake Director where he represented clients’ interests and recruited, trained, and supervised law school interns. He currently volunteers with the local Rotary Club, Kitsap Legal Services, King County’s Volunteer Legal Services, and the Kitsap Immigrant Assistant Center. He is active in both the King and Kitsap County Bar Associations.
